These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Galleon, operated by Galleon Entertainment Ltd. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the rules set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To register and play at Galleon, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage, and we may suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or additional accounts — whether under your own name or another — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. We will never ask for your password, and you must not share it with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through our support channels. Any activity carried out under your account credentials before we are notified of a breach remains your responsibility. You are also required to ensure that all personal details held on your account are accurate and kept up to date; providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to a minimum transaction amount of £20. Withdrawals are processed within 0–24 hours, subject to any identity verification checks that may be required. We reserve the right to carry out such checks before releasing funds, and delays arising from incomplete verification are not attributable to us.

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to exploit bonus structures through irregular play patterns, the use of automated software, or any form of coordinated or collusive behaviour constitutes a serious breach of these terms. We reserve the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where such conduct is identified. Decisions made in relation to bonus abuse are final, subject to our internal review process.

We are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or temporary unavailability of any part of our platform. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, we will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available records, but we cannot guarantee the restoration of any specific game state.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of Galleon following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using our services and contact support to discuss the closure of your account.

If you have a dispute regarding any decision made under these terms, you should raise it with our support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly through our internal process. Galleon is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority under licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1.
